After randomly meeting, I ended up falling in love with the studio and became a member. As a professional hockey coach and former player, the sauna, cold plunge and cryo have been life saving. I've only done one freeze session, so far, with Jeremy but it was very good and the next is already scheduled. They worked with me to find a time to cold plunge that fits my schedule and it's been amazing. I always feel so good after a plunge. It's a nice private room that also has a sauna and a NormaTec compression device in there you can use. I've enjoyed the sauna as well.
