Cryo Slimming is a non-invasive treatment that uses controlled cooling, or "Thermal Shock," to target and eliminate stubborn fat cells. This process lowers the temperature of fat cells in specific areas, prompting your body to naturally flush them out. It also enhances blood flow and lymphatic drainage, leaving your skin smoother and more toned for a sculpted appearance.

Cryo Slimming is effective for multiple areas, including: Core & Sides: For a defined waist and toned abdomen. Legs & Thighs: To reduce fat and achieve a contoured leg shape. Hips & Glutes: For lifting and toning, enhancing natural curves. Arms & Bra Line: To slim down and create a more defined upper body. Low & High Back: Perfect for a smooth, streamlined look. Jawline & Neck: For a contoured profile and youthful appearance. During your intro appointment, we’ll discuss the best areas to target based on your goals.

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your goals and starting point. Most clients notice changes within 6-12 sessions. For more dramatic results, our Obsidian Sculpt (12 sessions) and Diamond Frost Elite (20 sessions) packages provide enhanced sculpting and fat reduction. During your consultation, we’ll design a personalized plan just for you.

Your first session includes a $199 introductory offer, which consists of a comprehensive consultation, a mini Cryo Facial and a Cryo Slimming session. We’ll discuss your goals, assess your body, and design a personalized treatment plan to ensure you’re set up for success. Our aim is to give you a clear understanding of the process and what you can expect moving forward.

Each session is around 30-60 minutes, depending on the treatment area. This is a comfortable, non-invasive experience that allows you to relax while our trained technicians use advanced technology to deliver precise, effective cooling.

Aftercare is key to achieving optimal results. We recommend: Hydration: Aim for 10 glasses of water daily to support fat cell flushing. Physical Activity: Regular movement, such as walking 10,000 steps, helps the body process eliminated fat. Massage: Use a dry brush or light massage to stimulate lymphatic drainage. Diet: Nourish your body with balanced meals, limiting sugar, caffeine, and alcohol intake. Patience: Full results develop over weeks, as the body gradually processes treated fat cells. Why do we make these recommendations? Flushing the body of the treated fat cells requires an efficient lymph system. Drinking water and staying hydrated (avoiding things that dehydrate) keeps the lymph system moving and active. Movement such as exercise and massage also stimulate the lymph system to be more efficient.

Cryo Slimming is FDA-cleared and has an excellent safety profile. Side effects are minimal and may include temporary redness, swelling, or numbness in the treated area. Our technicians are highly trained to ensure your experience is both safe and effective.

Cryo Slimming is excellent for reducing fat and improving skin quality. The cooling process stimulates collagen production and boosts blood flow, helping to smooth cellulite and enhance skin tone. You’ll notice firmer, more even skin in the treated areas.

There’s no downtime with Cryo Slimming! You can immediately return to your regular activities. Some clients experience mild redness or numbness, which usually fades within hours.

While some clients see changes in a few weeks, the best results typically appear 8-12 weeks after your final session, as your body continues to flush out fat cells. Results are long-lasting, especially when maintained with a healthy lifestyle.

Cryo Slimming is non-invasive, requires no downtime, and delivers natural-looking results without surgery. Unlike other methods, Cryo Slimming uses controlled cooling to safely and effectively reduce fat in targeted areas.

Preparation is minimal! We recommend staying hydrated and avoiding heavy meals or alcohol right before your appointment. Dress comfortably, ie athletic wear (sportsbra and shorts), as our sessions are relaxing and easy to fit into your day.
