We know what you’re thinking… “Didn’t you guys just settle in?!” 😅

We absolute loved our time at Music City Energy Spa—the space, the community, and the energy therapy experience were top-tier! But as Franklin Freeze continues to grow, we found an incredible opportunity to bring you even more of what you’ve been asking for. We are thrilled to announce our move inside Music City Work Club in The Nations!

This move is all about bringing you an upgraded, full-spectrum recovery experience in one of Nashville’s most exciting, up-and-coming neighborhoods.

Music City Work Club with Sauna and Cold Plunge available to clients on day of service

⚡️ Why We’re Thrilled About Music City Work Club

We are taking your wellness routine to a whole new level!

As huge fans of contrast therapy, we couldn't pass up the chance to give you the ultimate recovery stack. All Franklin Freeze clients now receive access to MCWC’s cold plunge and sauna facilities on the day of their service! 🧊🔥 You can now pair your targeted cryo sessions with full-body heat and plunge protocols under one roof.

Expanded Treatment Suite: A much larger room giving us space for our full lineup of equipment and maximum relaxation.
Sauna + Cold Plunge Access: Turn your appointment into a complete contrast therapy ritual.
The Nations Energy: Located in a bustling, walkable Nashville neighborhood filled with amazing coffee, fitness, and local culture.

Same High-Touch Care, Expanded Capabilities ✨

While our backdrop has shifted, our focus on your health, performance, and recovery remains unchanged:

Localized Cryotherapy: Precision cold therapy for instant joint/muscle pain relief and targeted anti-inflammation.
Advanced Body Sculpting: Non-invasive treatments designed to tone, sculpt, and boost your confidence.
Biohacking & Reset: High-performance modalities to lower inflammation, accelerate recovery, and balance your nervous system.
